INQUIRIES

CONFLICTS - If you would like to submit an inquiry concerning a business or entertainment matter, begin the email with your name, and a list of the persons and/or entities involved in the matter.  This will allow us to determine whether there is a conflict before reading the substance of your inquiry.  If THE LAW OFFICES OF BONNIE J. CHERMAK has handled matters for any of the persons or entities you list, we may not be able to offer you legal representation.  If we determine that there is a conflict problem, your email will be deleted, and we will reply with an email explaining the conflict.  As a general rule, an attorney cannot represent a party against a person or entity that has been, or still is, a client of that attorney. However, if the matter is transactional, representation may still be possible.

CONFIDENTIALITY - All communications to THE LAW OFFICES OF BONNIE J. CHERMAK will remain private and confidential to this law office.

REPRESENTATION - Any response by THE LAW OFFICES OF BONNIE J. CHERMAK to your inquiry shall not be deemed an acceptance of a request for representation.  If representation is accepted, a written retainer agreement must be executed.
